We care about outcomes, not motion
We don't count lines of code or meetings attended. We ask: did the feature you shipped actually cut resolution times? Did that billing change move collection rates? If you're not sure, we'll help you find out; but "I was busy" isn't the bar here.
Lagos first, everywhere else second
Every decision starts with one question: does this work for a facility manager in Lagos? Not as an afterthought but as the design constraint. We've found that if something works there, it tends to work anywhere. The reverse isn't usually true.
You own it, start to finish
Pick up a feature and it's yours; customer research, architecture, build, and what happens after it ships. We're too small for "not my job." What we do have is "this is my feature, and I'm going to make sure it works."
You'll learn a market most engineers never touch
Facility management is a niche most technical people have zero background in. We back you learning it; a real learning budget, conference travel, and regular sessions where the team teaches each other. You won't just get better at your craft. You'll become one of the few people who actually understands this space.
Open roles
We are actively hiring across three areas:
- Engineering — Angular frontend, Kotlin backend, Flutter mobile, and DevOps. We want engineers who care about the user, not just the code.
- Product — product managers who can talk to a facility manager in Lekki and an engineer in the same hour, and translate between both worlds.
- Customer Success — people who will sit with a facility manager for a week, watch how they work, and come back with ten feature ideas.
What it's actually like
We're remote-first and Africa-first. We don't care which city you're in but we care that you get the context our customers live in every day, because they don't get to opt out of it.
The team is small (under 30 people), skews senior, and is spread across Nigeria, Ghana, and the diaspora. We pay above market for the African tech ecosystem, give equity to every full-time hire, and cover comprehensive health insurance. Honestly, though, the real draw is the work itself: building something millions of people will use daily, in a market that's about to take off, with almost no one else building it seriously yet.
